Arrival and Departure Dates

Arrivals into Dubai should be on Monday, October 9, 2023 and depart on Thursday, October 12, 2023.

The event will open on Monday, October 9 at 06:00 pm with a Welcome Dinner and will close with Dinner on Wednesday, October 11. Presentations will start on Tuesday, October 10 at 9.00 am.

Dubai Visa

Before you travel to the UAE, please check your visa requirements and make sure you have a valid visa if needed, or if your passport needs to be valid for a minimum period. Holders of non‑standard passports and travel documents may also have different entry requirements: find out if you need to apply for a visa and other passport requirements.

A valid passport or travel document valid for at least six or more months beyond your planned date of exit from UAE and issued within the last 10 years.

The hotel will also require a copy of the passport for pre-check in.

Accomodation beyond the scheduled conference dates is the responsibility of the attendee. Delegates wishing to extend their stay should contatct the hotel directly.

NOTE: PASSPORT SHOULD HAVE A VALIDITY FOR AT LEAST SIX MORE MONTHS BEYOND YOUR PLANNED DATE OF EXIT FROM UAE AND ISSUED WITHIN THE LAST 10 YEARS.

Amenities

Hotel accommodation, meals, transfers from and to the Dubai International Airport and conference related activities are complimentary. Attendees are responsible for non-conference related activities and hotel incidental costs.

Wireless internet access will be available in all accommodations and conference areas.
