Arrival and Departure Dates
Arrivals into Dubai should be on on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 and departure on Saturday, February 24, 2024.
The event will open on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 at 06:00 pm with a Welcome Dinner and will close with Dinner on Friday, February 23. Presentations will start on Thursday, February 22 at 9.00 am.

Dubai Visa
Before you travel to the UAE, please check your visa requirements and make sure you have a valid visa if needed, or if your passport needs to be valid for a minimum period. Holders of non‑standard passports and travel documents may also have different entry requirements: find out if you need to apply for a visa and other passport requirements.
A valid passport or travel document valid for at least six or more months beyond your planned date of exit from UAE and issued within the last 10 years.
The hotel will also require a copy of the passport for pre-check in.
NOTE: PASSPORT SHOULD HAVE A VALIDITY FOR AT LEAST SIX MORE MONTHS BEYOND YOUR PLANNED DATE OF EXIT FROM UAE AND ISSUED WITHIN THE LAST 10 YEARS.
